24-Hour Fall Protection Training
$700 per person
This course has been developed to satisfy EM-385-1-1 2014, ANSI/ASSE Z 359.2-2007 and ANSI/ASSE Z-490.1-2016 requirements including 24 hours of training, with 8 hours of hands-on practical training.
This course will cover, but not be limited to, the following subjects:
Worker training requirements, hierarchy of fall protection, hazard recognition, fall protection plans, fall arrest and fall restraint (anchors, lanyards, positioning systems, life lines, specialty systems, swing effect, trouble shooting, calculating fall distance and SRLs-overhead and leading edge), walking/working surfaces, leading edge control zone, monitor, safety watch, aerial lifts, inspection, care and maintenance of equipment, proper fitting of harness, working over or adjacent to water, hazardous slopes, trench and fall protection, ladders, scaffolding and rescue plan.
